Osseo is a town/city located in Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, at the confluence of the North and South Forks of the Buffalo River.

According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 2.09 square miles (5.41 km2), of which, 2.06 square miles (5.34 km2) is territory and 0.03 square miles (0.08 km2) is water. As of the census of 2010, there were 1,701 citizens , 737 homeholds, and 444 families living in the city.
